Appointment Booking Policies

At Matrikas IVF Centre, we strive to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our patients. Below are the policies governing appointment bookings:


1. Booking Process
Appointments can be booked online through our website or by calling our clinic.
Once an appointment is confirmed, a confirmation message will be sent via email or SMS.
Please ensure that all necessary documents and information are submitted before your scheduled appointment.


2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time without any penalty.
Late Rescheduling: Requests for rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to availability and additional fees.
Missed Appointments: Patients who miss their scheduled appointments without prior notice will be marked as a "no-show" and may be required to pay a fee to book future appointments.


3. Late Arrival Policy
Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their appointment may be asked to reschedule. Late arrivals may cause delays for other patients, and we aim to provide timely service to everyone.


4. Emergency Appointments
In case of emergencies, we will do our best to accommodate urgent appointment requests. However, this will depend on the availability of the relevant specialists.
